How to refill your prescription!

Please call your pharmacy to refill your prescription. You can also send a request via your patient portal. Please call or send a request via patient portal 3 to 5 days before you run out of your medication.

If your prescription needs a doctor authorization to refill, your pharmacy will send an electronic request to your provider. Your provider may need to see you before refilling the prescription to ensure if that is still the best care plan for you. If the provider will need to see you before they approve the refill, the pharmacy or our team will let you know that you need to schedule an appointment. 

If you have not been seen recently, the provider may require an office visit before filling the request. Please allow up to 72 hours for all prescription refill requests. Please note, prescription refill requests will not be processed over weekends or after hours.
